To bad Johnnies days are numbered as the bown plastic he is made form is breaking down most have all ready crumbled and those that haven't soon well the West boys Jay and the other one molded in brown and have the same problem

Yeah, some of those poor Johnnies haven't fared too well over the years, just fall to pieces like an old crust of bread. I read somewhere that they are better having been played with than 'mint in box' because the oil from oily little kids' hands actually seeped into the plastic and kept it from getting brittle. Or so I heard...

Could be true just goes to show that these toys were ment to be played with and not locked away and only touch by a person wearing white gloves, Still it's hard for me to accept that these guys are breaking down i rember when i was a kid how tought these toys were even the horses were well made
